Wooshin USA donate to County area organizations, December 12th, 2025

Wooshin U.S.A. and Ajin U.S.A. played host to the annual community luncheon at Saugahatchee Country Club in Opelika. Both companies are located in the Chambers County Industrial Park off of Exit 70 on I-85, and they have hosted these luncheons since their first year here in 2009.

During the luncheon, the companies gave donations to benefit local law enforcement agencies, fire & EMS departments, local schools, and a host of charitable agencies.

A combined total of $160,000 was donated this year. This year’s beneficiaries include the Auburn University Foundation, the Christian Service Center, Bradshaw-Chambers County Library, the Chambers County School District, the Chambers County Sheriff’s Department, Inspire Academy, the Chattahoochee Fuller Center Project, Valley Police Department, the East Alabama Water, Sewer and Fire Protection District, East Alabama EMS, the Lanett Police Department, Lanett Fire & EMS, Valley United Fund, Valley Haven School, EAMC-Lanier Rural Emergency Hospital and The Alabama Weekly Times.

Jung Ho Sea, president and chief executive officer of Wooshin U.S.A. and Ajin U.S.A., was present for the luncheon and thanked each recipient for what they do for the Chambers County area.

“We want to thank each one of you who are here today,” said kirby hadaway, human resources General Manager for Wooshin U.S.A. “We want to thank you for what you do and to wish each one of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.”
